1 General Terms of Use
These Terms govern the relationship between you (the registered member) and v999. The platform is operated as an online entertainment service. By using v999, you acknowledge that sports betting and casino games involve risk and that there is no guarantee of winning.
- v999 is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
- You are responsible for ensuring that using this platform is not restricted in your jurisdiction. v999 does not provide legal advice on this matter.
- v999 is not affiliated with any Pakistan government body, regulator, or official sports organisation. We do not hold or claim any local gaming licence.
- All services are provided on an "as is" basis. v999 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
- v999 reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or restrict access at its sole discretion where it believes these Terms have been violated.
Gambling involves financial risk. Never bet more than you
can afford to lose. v999 is for entertainment only — it is not a source of income.
2 Account Registration
To access betting, casino, and other features on v999, you must register a free account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.
- You must provide truthful and accurate information when registering. False information, including providing a date of birth that makes you appear older than you are, will result in immediate account closure.
- Each person is permitted to hold only one v999 account. Duplicate accounts created by the same individual will be identified and closed, with any balances held pending review.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure. Do not share your account with anyone else, including family members.
- v999 may require identity verification at any time. This may include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or proof of payment method. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended.
- You must notify v999 support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Accounts registered on behalf of another person are not permitted. Each account must be used solely by the registered individual.
Account verification is a standard process to protect your funds. Having a verified account also speeds up withdrawal processing.
3 Deposits & Payments
v999 accepts deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and debit/credit card. All transactions on the platform are processed in PKR with no hidden currency conversion charges applied by v999.
- The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by v999, though your payment provider may apply its own limits.
- Deposits are credited to your v999 balance instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not reflect within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference.
- Funds deposited into your v999 account may only be used for betting and gaming on the platform. Depositing funds without the intention to bet — for example, to use the platform as a money transfer mechanism — is prohibited.
- v999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder.
- v999 reserves the right to request proof of deposit — such as a JazzCash or Easypaisa transaction confirmation — before crediting disputed deposits.

4 Withdrawals
You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000.
- Withdrawals are processed to verified payment methods only. If your account has not yet been verified, you will be asked to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal is approved.
- v999 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. Processing times may be longer during public holidays or periods of high demand, particularly around major PSL fixtures and cricket tournaments.
- Any active bonus balance must meet its wagering requirement before the corresponding funds can be withdrawn. Real-money balance not subject to a wagering requirement can be withdrawn at any time.
- v999 does not charge a withdrawal fee. However, your bank, JazzCash, or Easypaisa provider may apply their own transaction charges.
- v999 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, you will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarifying information.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
v999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including a Welcome Bonus, PSL Cashback, Acca Boost, and periodic free bet credits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the Promotions page in addition to these general Terms.
- The Welcome Bonus of 100% up to PKR 10,000 is available to new members on their first deposit only. One Welcome Bonus per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering multiplier for each offer is stated clearly on the Promotions page. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
- Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets at minimum odds of 1.5 typically contribute 100% towards the wagering requirement. Casino slots contribution rates are stated per promotion. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate.
- Bonus funds are used before real-money balance when placing bets, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
- v999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from an account where abuse is suspected. This includes creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using bonuses in a way that removes risk (such as hedging across outcomes), or any other pattern that v999 determines constitutes exploitation.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value before the wagering requirement is met.
- v999 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Any bets already placed under a promotion at the time of withdrawal will be honoured under the original terms.

6 Sports Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on v999, including cricket, PSL, football, esports, and all other markets available on the platform.
- Bets are accepted only on markets that are open at the time of placing. A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation with a reference number. Do not assume a bet is placed without receiving this confirmation.
- v999 offers pre-match and live in-play betting. In-play odds change in real time. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at which it was accepted are locked in and will not be adjusted.
- In the event of an obvious pricing error (a clear odds mistake), v999 reserves the right to void bets placed at that incorrect price, even after confirmation.
- For cricket matches: if a match is abandoned or reduced due to weather or other circumstances, settlement will follow the official competition rules. DLS method scores are used for limited-overs matches where applicable.
- For PSL and T20 matches, ball-by-ball and over-by-over markets are available during live play. These markets are settled on the official scorecard as published by the relevant cricket authority.
- If a sporting event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets will stand. If the event does not take place within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
- Maximum bet limits apply to all markets. These are displayed at the time of placing a bet. v999 may reduce the maximum stake available to any individual member at its discretion.
- Winnings from sports bets are credited to your account balance immediately after settlement.
7 Casino & Live Casino
v999 offers a casino section with slots, table games, and video poker, as well as a dedicated Live Casino section with real dealers streaming Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, and game show formats. The following rules apply to all casino and live casino play.
- All casino games are supplied by third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. v999 does not control individual game outcomes.
- Live casino games stream from studio environments with real dealers. Bets must be placed within the time window shown on screen. Late bets that fall outside the betting window will not be accepted by the system.
- In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the game will be settled based on the recorded outcome at the time of disconnection. v999 is not liable for losses caused by connectivity issues on the player's end.
- Casino bets placed with bonus funds are subject to the wagering contribution rates specified in the relevant promotion. Not all casino games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements.
- Maximum bet limits apply in the casino when a bonus is active. Exceeding the maximum bonus bet limit may result in bonus cancellation and any associated winnings being voided.
- All casino and live casino bets are settled in PKR.
8 Fair Play & Fraud Prevention
v999 takes fair play seriously. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance confiscation, or permanent closure depending on the severity.
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any non-human method to place bets on v999.
- Exploiting technical glitches, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to place bets that would not otherwise be available under normal operating conditions.
- Collusion between members to manipulate bet outcomes, markets, or bonus wagering requirements.
- Creating multiple accounts — under the same or different names — to claim welcome bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
- Any activity that v999 reasonably identifies as money laundering or an attempt to use the platform to disguise the origin of funds.
Where fraud or abuse is confirmed, v999 reserves the right to void all associated bets and retain any balance in the affected account pending investigation.
9 Privacy & Data
v999 collects and processes personal information provided during registration and account use in order to operate the platform, verify identity, process payments, and provide customer support. The full details of how your data is handled are set out in the Privacy Policy.
- Your personal information will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
- v999 may share your information with payment processors (such as JazzCash and Easypaisa), identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services where necessary to operate the platform.
- v999 uses industry-standard encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform.
- You have the right to request a copy of the personal data v999 holds on you. Please contact support to make such a request.
10 Responsible Gaming
v999 is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable entertainment experience. We strongly encourage all members to approach betting and casino play as a form of entertainment, not as a way to generate income.

- Where a change is material — for example, a change to withdrawal conditions or bonus terms — v999 will make reasonable efforts to notify members via the platform or email before the change takes effect.
- Continued use of the v999 platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- If you do not agree with any updated Terms, please stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any available balance.
